REGO-FIX PGU-9000A Automatic clamping press for powRgrip tool holders

SOLD! Up for sale is this REGO-FIX clamping press for their powRgrip tool holder system. This is in excellent condition and came out of a fortune 100 company’s prototype lab. This functions perfectly in every way and is ready to use immediately. The pressing die that is included is for the PG25 size holders. I have a PG 32 die that is also available for purchase if desired ($500). If you would like the PG32 rather than the PG25 I can do that as well. This is an excellent high performance tool holder system and these presses are very expensive to purchase new. Save some money by purchasing this here.

Okamoto 8-20 ST Automatic Surface Grinder

Up for sale is this Okamoto 8-20 ST hydraulic automatic surface grinder. This grinder is very configurable & adjustable and has a large assortment of automatic cycles that it is capable of performing. This machine is wired for 230V 3 phase power but can be wired the accept 460V 3 phase. This has an 8″ X 20″ electromagnetic chuck on it. The machine comes with one wheel hub and the maximum wheel size is 8″ diameter by 1″ width and 1.25″ hole. This machine has the original paint with the exception of the sheet metal guarding which was repainted by the previous owner. This includes a coolant pump and sump but the condition of the pump is unknown as it was not being used prior. I have powered this machine up and have cycled it for several hours without issue. This was removed from a facility that was using it every day for tool and die type work. This has a 2HP main spindle motor, a 1HP hydraulic pump motor, and a 0.5HP vertical rapid feed motor. Weight is approx. 3300 lbs. and floor space requirement is roughly 93.1″ X 65.4″ X 68″

1965 Monarch 10EE long bed lathe

Pictures of the progress on the Monarch 10EE lathe. All photos after the serial number tag are of the lathe in its current condition. Work done listed below…

-General cleaning and scrubbing of the entire lathe, full fluid change

-Re-wired broken speed potentiometer, replaced bulged capacitor

-Replace all oil metering units with new and rebuild oil pump. Flushed apron and all oil lines

-Replaced all drive belts, replaced bearings in idler pulleys, flushed back gear gearbox

-Replaced old module drive unit with new modern solid state module

-Replaced worn out ELSR components such as felt seals, worn key, steel wipers, etc.

1995 Okamoto 12-24 DX Surface Grinder

Up for sale is this 1995 Okamoto ACC-1224 DX automatic surface grinder. This machine has a capacity of 12″ X 24″ and uses a 12″ diameter grinding wheel. This machine can be wired for either 208V, 230V or 460V three phase power (currently wired for 208V). This has an optional Heidenhain dual axis DRO as well as a hydraulic overhead wheel dresser. This is equipped with a filter paper type coolant tank and includes an additional grinding wheel and hub. The electromagnetic chuck is a Walker 12″ X 24″ LBP fine pole unit. This grinder is in good functioning condition and is ready to use. The spindle is whisper quiet. This came out of a shop which closed its doors but was being used regularly up until that point. This machine has had its 30 gallons of hydraulic oil/way lube drained so that will need to be replaced before use.

Also included are the cast iron machine feet/pads, operation manual with original inspection report, and the original tool box with wheel wrenches and other misc. pieces.

1976 English/Metric Hardinge HLV-H

Up for sale is this Hardinge HLV-H Super Precision Tool Room Lathe. This is a good, tight, & original machine and has never been repainted or abused. This machine was purchased new by IBM in Austin, TX and was then sold to a company in Florida in 1991. It sat unused from 1991 up until I purchased it. This is a 1976 machine that has many late model features such as a tapered Hardinge spindle, wide bed plate with teflon lined carriage, ball bearing carriage rack gear and more. This machine is 208V 3 Phase power. At some point this machine had an Anilam DRO on it and all that is left now is the scales. I do not have a way to test if these scales are still working. The graduated dials on this machine are in metric units. I have done an initial cleaning and some general maintenance to the lathe which includes…

-Replaced both motor and spindle drive belts with new
-Flushed fluid in apron-Replaced both bearings in AC electric motor
-Replaced both bearings in drive unit counter-shaft
-Replaced O-rings in oiling system
-Removed, cleaned, & adjusted cross slide
-Greased gear box

This machine is in good mechanical condition and is ready to be used right away. The bed plate on this lathe is in excellent condition. I have ran and tested the lathe for several hours without issue. All the power feeds function as they should and the gearbox works as it should. The oiling lubrication system functions as it should as well. The drive unit is now very smooth in all RPM ranges. This lathe comes with the pictured tooling, including 2 trays of 5C collets. There is a complete set of metric change gears for all metric threading pitches. Nearly every collet is Hardinge brand and many of them have never been used. This machine is powered up and available for inspection.

2003 Okamoto Linear 6-18 Surface Grinder

Up for sale is this 2003 Okamoto Linear 6-18B 6″ X 18″ surface grinder. This is in nearly unused condition and has to be seen to be believed. This came from a technical college that closed its shop program. The spindle is whisper quiet on this machine and the paint is in amazing condition. This still retains all the original hand scraping on the dual V ways of the saddle. This is a dual voltage machine and can be set up on 230V or 460V 3 phase (wired for 230V currently). This is equipped with a Kanetsu 6″ X 18″ magnetic chuck. In addition, this has the coolant package with additional guarding and coolant tank. Also included are the 4 cast iron leveling pads with threaded adjusters. To purchase new this machine would cost over $18,000!

The spindle is whisper quiet on this machine and the paint is in great condition. This has not been used much over its life and still retains all the original hand scraping on the dual V ways of the saddle. This is a dual voltage machine and can be set up on 230V or 460V 3 phase (wired for 230V currently). 2007 Haas SL-10T CNC Lathe

Up for sale is this 2007 Haas SL-10T CNC Lathe. This is in great condition and is a one owner machine that never did production work. The paint and sheetmetal on this lathe are nearly perfect. I was told the owner passed away 5 years after purchasing and the machine sat unused since then. This is a basic machine with a 12 position turret, hydraulic 3 jaw chuck, hydraulic tailstock, auger chip conveyer and a Royal FX275 Filtermist unit. This machine will come tooled up just as you see and does include the chuck & tailstock foot pedal, chip auger, manuals, & spare inserts and tooling blocks. This lathe is wired up for 208V/230V 3 phase operation.
