| Up for sale is this Mitsui 6″ X 12″ surface grinder (MSG-200MH). This is in nice condition and everything functions as it should. This still retains the original hand scraping on the dual V ways of the saddle. This is a 2001 machine that was installed new in early 2004. This came from a single shift injection mold shop. This surface grinder runs on either 208V or 230V 3 phase power. The grinder has a factory installed Sony LH51 single axis DRO with the high precision SR-128 glass scale on the Y axis. This is equipped with a Walker 6″ X 12″ LBP fine pole electromagnetic chuck with variable strength controller. In addition, included are the cast iron leveling pads with threaded adjusters. Mitsui is the best of the best and to purchase new this machine would cost over $25,000! This machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication system so there is no need to pump a lube pump. This features a hand scraped dual V way saddle, double walled column construction and heavily ribbed Meehanite castings for added rigidity. This is a roller way table for extra smooth operation. I will palletize and ship this machine freight, please ask for a quote. Local pick-up is available as well. The grinder is powered up and available to test in my shop at any time.
